BUT..I can say that it will come close to it,thats for sure. It got SOOO COLD one morning..[MINUS 12 WIND CHILL AT -24]that my car refused to start. REFUSED!It was SO COLD that NO BUSES were running...Nothing... It was a FORCED day off. I was happy. |
