Frankly, with the economy going so sour, less people are working and thus ridership will probably begin to fall off. I think N. J. T. can scrape by until the NABI's arrive. While I can't be sure, I have a feeling that they might start to arrive in April. I wonder if NABI will have to pay a hefty penalty for this screw up and delay. That's why there are performance bonds. You can bet N. J. T. has an iron clad contract. |
