Congestion Pricing is The Plan That Will Not Die! There is no popular support for it outside of Manhattan.If x-bus routes are eliminated you will effectively be doubling the commute time for residents of Staten Island and eastern Queens. And you'll be turning a 1-seat ride into a 2-seat or even a 3-seat ride in some cases. Now how does that benefit anybody?? |
