And what about those people who are unable to use the subway because of inaccessibility? Should those people be forced onto local buses? (The MTA has tightened paratransit eligibility, and thus these people may not be nearly automatic qualifiers.)Inability to use the subway does NOT equate to paratransit eligibility in the MTA's eyes. |
