However...how many people are riding the BxM11---or any express line---instead of the subway SOLELY because of the accessibility issue (those for whom the subway option is eliminated because stairs cannot be navigated, and the only reason for that is a physical disability)?There may be more than some may think (often a good deal of off-peak riders who have a hard time climbing even those stairs)...but it shouldn't be everyone on those buses. |
