They can can deny trips within a persons home borough but provide other trips. Seems logical if a wheelchair person can take one city bus to get to the doctor. Access-A-Ride is too tied up as it is. They have buses in the 43xx range and cars in the 81xx range yet the 1xx and 2xxx series vans are still rolling around. |
