I should have said which the 25 mph speed limit does not address.I know it talks about increased enforcement but where are the numbers regarding continuing enforcement. From time to time there are crackdowns, but enforcement needs to be ongoing not two or three times a year. In 46 years of driving, I have never seen an aggressive driver ticketed. |
