Are you sure about that, Peter? The 6 year statute of limitations does cover claims arising from breach of contract, but I would not think that the statute applies to students loans or credit card debts. If it did, I could get a credit card (heaven forbid - I paid them off and cut them up years ago), max it out immediately, make minimum payments for 6 years and then tell the credit card company to piss off.
