yes......
they dont hear that you cannot pay it back and have no ability to do
back in 1990 it was legal to dischage the early 1980s loan
to bankrupcy which i did and they went away for a few years
then the ''collection repo racket''
went into action and took it from there
the loan part of my grant was given to me in a fraud
the school that ripped you off and you should be mad at
refused to give me any leads to PLACEMENT to EMPLOYMENT
which they used me just like some army recruter does with the
ENDLESS LIES ABOUT THIER AGRESSIVE JOBS PLACEMENT GAURANTEES

you should have seen the THREE CARD MOLY sales pitches and i was
desperately trying to improve my life and raise my employment
oppertunities , only being a ''low level laborer'' with no future
and i saw on the construction sites thiose who were OPERATORS with thier nice
trucks and vans and card driving away and i had to wait for MARTA
to pick me up ( usually buses ) and head back to the homeless shelter
because i did not make enough money to get a place of my own
So i fell for the FRAUD these crooks laid down for me and went
for it !!!
i passed the cource ..............NO PLACEMENT ..............
could not land a gig anywhere
maybe i should have chosen TRUCKING instead ........
i did have past experence driving a bus but had to do construction
laborer when i was out of season
my effort to better my life fell on harder times than ever
years ... during the REGAN - BUSH years ................ugh !!

THAT GOD DAMMED SCHOOL NEVER PLACED ME I PAID $10.oo A MONTH
AND THEY DEFAULTED ME BECAUSE I COULD NOT PAY FIFTY DOLLARS A MONTH

since then they turned it over to a '''collection agency'''
and i discharged it in bankrupcy which was allowed to do in 1990
......................
after that they are supposed to leave me alone
