If I were You..I'd think about a few things..

First...before getting up the nerve to step to a person taking pics..you HAVE TO THINK ABOUT THAT PERSONS STATE OF MIND...how they may react..

Rule of thumb..

Not ALL RAIL FANS are GEEKS made of SILLY PUDDY.
They will NOT COWER at your raised voice..
They will NOT RUN AWAY with their tail between their legs.
They WILL give YOU as much beef as you give them.

You are NOT POLICE OFFICERS.
You do not have ARREST POWERS.

If someone reacts negatively to your approach..there is NOTHING you can do but retreat,find a REAL POLICE OFFICER,and hope the situation gets resolved quickly and painlessly.

You treat people with RESPECT..you get the same in return..in MOST cases.
You behave DISRESPECTFULLY...place your hands on someone..prepare to be sued.

The RULES are in place to PROTECT YOU and the riders..
OBEY them..things go smoothly.
