You never really explained it. You gave a few reasons why they migh choose trucks over rail such as danger of damage and vandalization, and bein able to reach the destination.I did explain it. Prove what I didn't explain by going back and quote what I wrote. ...and i wonder how freight railroads stay in buisiness, and make profit. One way is not to wait on once every twenty or thirty years of shipping transit cars for mid life rehab. Coal and intermodal and bulk commodities keep railroads in business. Learn to spell "business" while you're at it. |
