Recently ridden isn't the same as waiting to board the train. From a tresspassing perspective, the license to be on the platform in the case of the former extends to leaving the platform, not standing around taking pictures.Says who? IMO it is perfectly reasonable to be able to take photos both on your way TO the train and FROM the train after getting off. That's Amtrak's policy as well. |
