Eventually, the photo hub-bub will be solved so just be patient. Some on the chats here say this and that but are not aware of what the deal is. Some could be right and some could be wrong but it's up to you to go the right channels and get justice. My advice, forget posting the incidents here and take care of business first. Once you get answers AND results, then post them here so that the rest of us can have an ace up our sleeves should we ever have such an encounter. Remember this, others read this board as well and griping doesn't make it look too good for you especially when it comes to rail-related issues and higher ups do read here periodically.
