If that is the case, then one can demand the evidence be shown at the next court date, and if it can't be produced, with the pictures, demand that the case be thrown out for lack of evidence.Also, one needs to ask the officer for the rules and to grill in many ways using different questions about the same happening...in an attempt to cause perjury...always reminding the officer that (s)he is under oath. |
