Just to let you know, there is a specific rule applying to Grand Central Terminal ONLY...and you cannot shoot trains there except maybe on your departure track.That is 100% false. Here, I would have to side with the MTA Police. This is not an MTA system rule, just a terminal rule once you get into the actual track departure area...and a longstanding one at that. Riiiiiiiight, because the terminal has its own rules that the MTA has no control over. Ok. You could complain---but your chances of winning THIS one are almost none. He'll win this instantly. I mean the dropping of the summons. n short, had this been ANY OTHER STATION on the Metro-North system, you may have had a case. Not true. Oh, and READ THE WHOLE THREAD BEFORE POSTING. |
