Agreed, but the MTA police had no legitimate reason to stop him from filming. If he takes the trouble to sue, good for him.I've got nothing against the police who patrol the system. They are doing what their supervision has instructed them to do. In the case of railbuff photography or video, those marching orders are of no security value, counterproductive and wasteful of officers' time. They also produce resentment and distrust of officers by law-abiding citizens. |
