Especially since when any question of mathematics is involved Ron quietly disappears… μαθ- is the aorist stem of μανθανω I would replace polymath with mithemath! Mithe? AFAIK, the only Greek words beginning μιθ- begin μιθρ- and have something to do with some orientalizing deity. But it’s nice to see that Google shows us that Ron is not only condescending to railfans, he’s condescending to other doctors too. Teeheehee! |
