Great stuff! What was that R32 S all about? Also, it's hard to stand at Stillwell these days and try and picture how it was.

your pal,
Fred

Thanks Fred G!

2003 was a long time ago. I have no idea what the S was about, unfortunately, though someone else might. So I'll get back to you.

Yeah, Stillwell changed in an unbelievable way. I'm glad I was able to get photos before, during, and after the change.

I think the Sixth Avenue Shuttle when the MannyB north side was closed was operated with R32s.

I'll get back to you.
My sources tell me that the "S" R-32 shown was probably a Union Turnpike to Parsons/Archer shuttle train for a General Order [with normal (E) trains going to 179]. Or it may have just been an incorrectly signed up (E) or (F) train.

Your sources were right!! One of several weekends the E service was split. If I recall, it was track and switch work between Jamaica Van Wyck and Van Wyck Boulevard. I remember working that G.O. off the list for several weekends.

"I don't post stupid sh*t here"

If that ain't the biggest lie here, I don't know what is!!!

See, this post here you proved how big of an asshole you are!!! I tried for this post to actually interact with you on a normal, non combative, non insultive level, as 2 normal people could and should, and as usual this is how you respond, instead of responding like you are a sane person!! Trying to at least be civil with you is a waste of time, and this is the precise reason why I, along with quite a few others, do not respect you, will not ever respect you, and for every time you cut out of line, you will get, as always, put in your place, and thoroughly embarrass you, in doing so!!

You proved it here, Brian....the problem here is YOU, your stupidity and your arrogance!!! All you do is lose more and more credibility and respect for yourself with every show of typical Whineybergism on this board!!!
