There was no reason to keep the snowbird layups inside the tunnels on Sunday.There were a couple of them: Not enough personnel to move them back to the yards. People who have the weekend off know that a Plan 4 was in effect for the weekend and have different reporting locations on Monday because of that. Move the trains and trips will be ABDed. |
