Thanks for sharing.Here's what I do: I use the original size Flickr pics for uploading to SubChat. I do mine 930 pixels wide. Also I reprocess mine at 300dpi. (My raw images are already set at 300dpi, so I don't have to change from 72dpi to 300.) I label all the raw images first, changing the filenames from "DSC_0001.jpg" etc., to "717_IndianaSta_111509D.jpg" (examples). Then I go through the list and resize ones I want to keep as highest quality or for uploading to Flickr, and possibly to SubChat. It takes days, but I'm satisfied with the results. (See Milantram's Pics Of The Day--November 20) for ones I've already processed.). One day I'll go the standard 1024x768 route, but I'm too lazy... Only an hour and 15 minutes before Y&R goes on. Then I'll really get some work done! LOL |
