The level of "foam" over R160s is incredibly high over there. That's the only thing I don't like about that site. I came across this rather weird post recently about someone who even said he was going to foam to death when he saw the new R160B Option 2 cars in August and I just shook my head in disbelief, and them proceeded to LMAO. |

For college it's the scout.com team sites, except I really like tigerdroppings.com and a few other unaffiliated sites as well. For soccer it's bigsoccer.com or the English official team sites. For baseball I like mlb.com, but that depends on the team.I gave up on sportsline and espn a couple of years ago. |

I switched to "Compressed" format a while back, and it makes the board much more readable, as you can totally avoid the threads that turn into nonsense. Try it, it saved me from losing my mind.I didn't even know there was a problem, until I cam e across some random posts in other threads at OT chat about it, as even if there are 500 posts in one thread (which is usally how the wars take place), it still only shows up as one on the main page. It will save your sanity. |

In addition, it was the station I was a regular user of from October 1st, 2003 to June 27th, 2007.Back to you post, I've seen some absurd usernames over at Straps and Foamer Town. I agree with your post at all costs. A real imaginative handle is what you and I use. Having a certian car class with number is not being creative. Also, "33rd Street" was something I came up with on the fly. My original choice was TMC (Transit Memorabilia Collector) but I'm glad I came up with 33rd Street instead. |

I never go to BusChat, so I have no idea about there.Compressed works on SubChat side, but you just have to remember that at the top of every hour, for about 3 or 4 minutes, the main page won't load, but that's a minor glitch, the rest of the time it works fine. |

I often view subchat very quick for short periods of time. Yes, often short periods, but when I am here, I don't have the time for wading through stuff. I often view SubChat/OTChat at work. I am on hold a lot, and when on hold, I click through. I also click on when i am waiting for stuff to print.While I view often, it's very short often trips. |

The group's focus will range beyond the old subway cars to anything that captures my quirky mind. Old Subway Cars Hopefully, it will be a group to occasionally check out if you get tired of the crap at Subchat. For those who are part of said crap, don't waste your time trying to join. |

Hmm, I rarely have trouble w/ BusChat in Compressed. OT is a battle, sometime I have to reload the page 3 or 4 times before I get it. And after that, the "(NEW)" tags go away (as the posts are no longer "new" after reloading), but I can usually figure out the last place I left off. I still can't figure out why OTChat has so much trouble, while SubChat has many more posts, several of them with big-ass pics attached, and SubChat rarely has as much trouble loading in Compressed. One of life's great mysteries :) |

I don't know everyones age here, but I know the approximate age of the large majority of frequent posters. There's not enough info available to calculate "average age". Correct, but because the difference is large, there is enough info to determine that the average age on that site is lower than the average age here. Unless people on both sites aren't being truthful, but I've seen pictures of enough people that I don't think that they are lying. |
