I saw it last week, (without spoiling) it is a pretty interesting show. Where they compare monorails in various countries and how it can be applied to American cities. They even show the one in Las Vegas. But does bring me to this question: (again without trying to spoil it) if monorails are much affordable to build, why has NYC or the MTA not even consider this option for a means of transit? I think a monorail on First Av instead of SBS can do wonders in a city... What do you think? |

Yeah it was a very good show [and looks like it was more suited for discovery than travel], but they did have some cgi shots of a type of 'monorail' running in Manahttan. I thought that was pretty interesting. |
