Posted by IRT238ST on Tue Dec 9 08:08:08 2008 I was on the nycsubway.org website and found a link for New York City subway videos by Mark Feinman. Upon reviewing his listing, I was able to identify quite a few programs I would like to purchase. I attempted to send a mesage to the e-mail address listed but it was returned as an invalid address. Does anyone know if Mr. Feinman still has these programs available and, if so, what is the best way to contact him?Thanks in advance! Best regards, Robert |

Posted by checkthedoorlight on Wed Dec 10 04:30:28 2008, in response to Re: Subway Videos By Mark Feinman, posted by South FERRY on Wed Dec 10 03:05:14 2008. off the top of my head,IRT Vol 1: Parkchester north to Westchester Yard, then south to New Lots Ave Grand Central Shuttle to Woodlawn, via the City Hall loop IRT Vol 2: South Ferry to VCP and back to 96 St 96 St/Broadway to E180 Dyre & White Plains Branches in both directions (unfortunately raining in one direction) only thing missing from the 2 Vols are Chambers St to Flatbush Ave via Clark St and the Lenox Branch (and the Flushing line) They were filmed during 3 days in early 2006. The first day (which used a set of Redbirds) used a different, lower-quality camera, which is all on Vol 1. |

Also i am a locomotive engineer for Amtrak and work a 53 hour a week job from Washington to NYC. I like Marks work and i know he enjoys filming which i don't have the time on my layovers to go filming if i am riding i might shoot some digital photos.
