I rode the LSL in June 2006 from NY Penn - Los Angeles via Lakeshore Limited, and Texas Eagle Trains. I liked the sleeping compartments on the Viewliner roomettes. I found the in-room toilet and folding sink to be pretty cool and convenient.It was the best 4 days spent seeing America...by rail. Hey u only live once.  |
