That little yellow flag by the fence looks familiar. Time Warner Cable and Bright House Cable are using those to identify where they have recently installed fiber-optic cable. It could be a clue since Time Warner mainly covers Queens and parts of Brooklyn.I was going to say somewhere in PA because this photo looks to rural to be Queens. |

Yellow flags are communications cables.Orange flags are gas mains Blue flags are water mains (I think) and White Flags are power cables. Your mileage may vary.
