Posted by heypaul on Wed Nov 28 23:54:33 2007 Have you seen people going down subway stairs with their large umbrellas open? Some of these large umbrellas have diameters of 15 or 20 feet and can cause serious eye injuries. Ummmmbrella,ummmmbrella,ummmmbrella Transit police should be stationed at the bottom of subway stairwells ready to issue tickets to people who are violating section 128.062 of the Penile Code, which specifically relates to the unlawful expansion of umbrellas in passageways less than 12 feet in width. |

Equally annoying is when they close the umbrellas entering the station, everyone seemingly HAS to keep them open till the last second. then once they're closed, the person always finds it necessary to shake out the excess water on YOU. |
