Pouring rain but 203 is moving toward me for a nice closeup side shot.  Hahahahaha!! Nope, I'm foiled! That cab car is part of a fast moving train moving in for teh block! The darker skies give a better view of what it looks like, as the previous pictures had some glare. Nice looking locomotive if I do say so myself. |

I could but in this case it would be noisy as I needed to bump the ISO up to get a decent shutter speed. No problem, I was lucky to have seen it and it gave me a chance to head downstairs for hot coffee inside the station room. Trivia: didja know that the downstairs waiting/ticketing area is an exact replica of the original 1876 station?your pal, Fred |
