Anyway, NYCT will analyze the video to listen for the 4 train going "breaks in emergency", and listen to see if the train operator sounded the horn. All of this is recorded by the train but the video will be scrutinized by NYCT and lawyers. |

I saw a the bit of video the NY Post published - it was more than enough.I don't think there was anything the motorman could do other than look away, which for his sake I hope he did. Not familiar with the track in the area, but it appeared they were aligned with the wheels and not in the trough between the rails. At least it wasn't a suicide. |

The person recording this incident from the northbound platform probably had time to alert the station agent.Time to do something to alert the approaching train. Just stood there recording it.
