You cannot be defeated when it comes to La Cosa Nostra as well as crime in Suffolk and far eastern Nassau County, Hillsborough and Pinellas County in Florida, and the Poconos, at least in so far as sections of Pike and Carbon and pockets of Monroe County. As far as urban gangs throughout the United States, in particular Crip and Blood and the extremely dangerous Peoples and Folk Nation sets, I am unsurpassed and will remain so.
