The oldest of them are already 26 years old. If they want CBTC on the 123 or 456 or both they'd need to convert them all, and then you'd have at least a 30 year old fleet running the latest technology. That makes little sense. |

The terms are 7 years, and it'll be at least a year before the contract goes out. That gets us to 2034. Add in some delay and then it is 2035. How long have we been talking about the R211 already? |
