Probably at this point around $10 Billion.And where do you move MSG to? I have in the past said if they do build a new MSG, I'd put it from 9th-10th Avenues and 27th or 28th-30th Streets. That footprint would allow for such to seat 25-30,000 for concerts which is the big moneymaker for arenas anyway. |

Too small a site, it would be the size of MSG III (49th-50th and 8th Avenue):If they did ever raze MSG IV (the current one), I would be looking to build MSG V from 27th-30th Streets and 9th-10th Avenue. That would allow such to likely be able to hold 30,000, enough to land more major events (including perhaps at some point the ACC Men's Basketball Tournament and you could shrink capacity to 20,000 or so for Knicks and Rangers games if need be). |

I streamed a couple of the "Brothers" shows around 15 April. Warren Haynes, Derek Trucks. As I live in Oakland CA, I was not going to actually be there. |
