It's Almost Not Worth Mentioning
Posted by TRAIN DUDE on Mon Sep 22 09:26:54 2025 Since crime in the subways is at its lowest in years (reportedly) I hesitate to mention our latest criminal anomaly on our transit system. Ther was another violent minor incident last night on the #7 train. At 11:20 last night, on a #7 train approaching 111 St. in the crime-free neighborhood of Corona, a man was stabbed, once in the neck and twice in the back. The victim, in his 20s is in stable condition. The criminal stayed on the train until Main St where no police met the train. He fled the station wearing a baseball cap and the obligatory black hoodie. He is still at large.

No police on the train ( like there's "supposed to be". No police at such a major terminal station, Main St. Lay-up time too. I pray that a crew member doesn't get assaulted trying to clean out the train. We've had a lot of that, often not making the media. SMH. Nothing changes no matter what the governess & Jano say.
