That quote report close quote seemed a little underwhelming for a story about someone saving a life. There is only the most cursory detail, no footage of interviews or police activity or whatever, nothing of substance. To add insult to injury, the anchors continually butcher the name of the C/R.

As an aside, which means to offer a brief remark or a short digression from the main point of a conversation or text, I once again ran into a recurring issue with YouTube on Google while trying to watch the video in the OP or, for that matter, when attempting to watch certain YouTube videos on other sites. When I click on the video, it immediately begins to flicker extremely rapidly between a black screen and the thumbnail, in this case the C/R standing in front of the train. The white arrow inside the red box in the center of the video changes to the outline of a spinning white circle that reminds me of the painted semi-circle on the wheels of many trains or the piece of rope you sometimes see spinning inside jet engines because someone missed it during the Exterior Inspection. Anyway, the workaround is once I place the cursor over the words "Watch on YouTube" I am taken to that site and the video plays perfectly well. Disabling hardware acceleration has no effect. The problem does not, in my experience, occur when using the Safari browser. If any of you people have encountered similar difficulties with embedded/linked YouTube videos I would appreciate throwing some knowledge this way. I am about to post a message about air turbulence on OTChat so look for it.
