It is, and that's been the intent ever since NJT announced that the Arrow III'S second rebuild was canceled and the development of these MLV power cars was announced about thirteen years ago.Now whether or not these will play a role on the Princeton shuttle is an interesting question. |

I'll be stunned if the MLV EMUs return the Northeast Corridor Line to a 47-mph average speed like they used to have in the 1980s . . . never mind decades before that with MP54s.Sure would be interesting to see them on Midtown Directs between NYP and former DL&W lines. |
