AFAICT, the only relevant commercial entity that would be involved here is the Stonewall Inn. The station will be renamed after Stonewall National Monument. There's no museum. image source |

Why can't they add, "Carnegie Hall" to the 57th St.-7th Ave. station? It was already there when the BMT Broadway line was built! Lincoln Center OTOH didn't even exist when the original IRT line was built, but 66th St. was promptly renamed back in the 60s. |
