Subchat "Forbidden 803" ??

After participating in Subchat for the last two weeks since it came back, I suddenly am unable to access it from my home computer, and get a "Forbidden 803" message.

At first I thought the site was down again, omly with different symptoms, but today, using a public library computer, I can access the site, so it seems to be a problem with my computer.

Any suggestions? I don't see any posts here about it, so maybe no one else has the problem? I haven't made any changes to my computer to cause this to happen.

Error 403 is the "Forbidden" error.

Error 803 is an incomplete HTTP response.

This site isn't that complex. Browsers from 20 years ago should still work here.

Maybe the browser is timing out too quickly? Also, don't try getting into the site from the hour to about 7 min after (:00 to :07).

I use Internet Explorer-- with scripts disabled at that-- and this site works fine. Much of the rest of Internet won't even give IE the dignity of a response these days, though.

I use Windows 11 (latest updates installed) and Edge, which is what I've been using for years without any issues. There are no other browsers installed on my PC, and no other site is causing this problem.
