63rd street line update question |
|
Posted by jailhousedoc on Tue Apr 16 13:25:40 2024 Now that the 63rd street line has had the tracks repaired, what was done specifically - there are pandrol clips instead of what was used to hold down the rails, andthe concrete was poured to keep the rails steady. What else was done improvement wise ? |

It should last 30 to 40 years. |

ARA-B tracks replaced by 115 lb. RE? (I know they have 84 lb. Composite third rails that replaced the 150 lb. NMC they've used for over a century.) |
