Wall St was renovated, probably in the '70s prior to the designation, with dark blue brick walls. People refer to them as "blue tiles" but they're clearly bricks: In 2006 the station was un-renovated and lovingly re-renovated in its original 1904 style: |

It is currently owned by Con Edison and is now a steam generation plant only. There is no longer any electrical power generation equipment there. |
