We've had 24 hour service back for ages now.Philly did not have 24 hour service pre-pandemic, save for PATCO, and Chicago only on the Red and Blue lines and they never stopped running overnight ether. |

It was to get rid of the homeless in reality:They needed during the height of the pandemic an ACLU-proof way to do it that could not be challenged in court. This was also not too long after the fire on the (2) that killed a T/O. |
