Garland could have chosen to indict Trump for the misdemeanors for which he was named an unindicted co-conspirator (good old Individual One). He might have also chosen to indict Trump for soliciting a bribe from the head of a foreign country. Of course, that head of state is probably too busy to testify right now. |
