207th Street Yard Will Burn!!

Posted by Lou from Brooklyn on Wed May 11 14:30:47 2022

MTA train yard on ‘fire watch’ due to ‘insufficient’ water supply

An 'industrial site' with ignition sources and flammable material all over the place without fire protection?
Another DUH moment for the MTA...

Interesting.

All that water in the Harlem River which is next to the 207th St complex and it can't be used (salt water).

It looks like it’s not a water supply problem but an equipment problem.

Water may not do a good job on the flammable materials in the yard.

Everyone (including myself) should know better when the NY Post has a story on the subway.

They have been getting it wrong for a long, long time.

Don’t worry, they’re inflammable.
