The logo "Route of the Weekend Chief" was done away with when the Dashing Comuuter logo was eliminated in 1967. The Hamptons has an Indian reservation. So LIRR went "woke' in 1967.

Wreck Lead became Island Park. Wreck Lead is not a great name for a railroad to have.

And not just the station, but the town name. BTW, when Good Ground station was opened, there was no Montauk Branch; it was called the Sag Harbor Branch.
