What's not evident from the diagram is the brand new elevated RoW between Center Tower and CP-BROWN. Also the existing Glassboro station will not be utilized.

Call me old fashioned, but this should be commuter rail. There is nothing stopping them from running an FRA DMU with the new Euronorm rolling stock.

How do you feel about spending $100 million per mile on it . . . ?

At least "commuter" rail ought not have the low MDBF that Stadler's clunkers currently do.
