Governor Hogan is quite the Monorail and Maglev fanatic, yet can't get the Purple Line LRT done.

Wow, an Urbana in Maryland? How many are there in the US? There's one in Ohio, plus the one in Illinois, which is a twin city with Champaign and home of the University of Illinois. I lived there July 1971-June 1974.
