This is more related to the bail reform law and anti police movement . The vandals will never see one night in jail . None . They won’t pay the fine either and no one will do anything about it . Who tracks down people who don’t show up for court ? The city counsel was considering a bill that would just forgive fines for anyone who did not pay . They considered the fines a poverty tax . |

I think it would be happening regardless of 1am-5am lack of passengers due to general increase in crime over the past year or two. Serious crime is increasing throughout the state. Some of it is due to DeBlasio and some due to Cuomo's bail reform. |
