Posted by Peter Rosa on Tue Sep 15 14:07:49 2020 One advantage of working a job with nonstandard hours is that I have time off during some days when most people are working. As of about 1:15pm today the huge southside parking lot looked to be somewhere between 40% and 50% full, as best I could estimate. That's a lot less than the normal 90% to 95% but a considerable increase over what I saw in April when I was there the last time. Both of the smaller northside surface lots on Railroad Avenue were full. I could see some cars in the parking garage but it wasn't possible to make any kind of estimate.
