I wonder if the rest of these obvious tasks were being done for a while, or if this is a 3 months after the fact change. |

It sounds like the SEPTA method of frequently spraying the cars and buses with some sort of sanitizer/disinfectant would be a good idea for NY. Trains at stub terminals could be shut down for a cleaning within the station and at places like 168 St or Ctl where trains relay, the trains could be sanitized on the relay track. |
