Heavy delays in the area at Atlantic Ave Barclays Center B D N Q R W trains
4th Avenue Express track out of service due to trains go into Brakes In Emergency. One train on southbound, now clear. One train on the northbound side, not cleared. Then you got signal problems in the area as well, everybody going to local track.
Last stop on some northbound D N trains is 36 st /4 Ave.
