I go out that way a few times a year. The angled streets (Fort Hamilton Parkway itself and New Utrecht Ave + the small park is why I think so.

I see that in fact, I wasn't quite right- it's 18th Ave. But the El running at an angle is a major clue that it's the West End Line. I guess those little parks might exist at quite a number of locations along that route.
