Even with all 134 cars active, there is a car shortage, especially on summer weekends. If you do the seat math, capacity is down 20% over the old Pullman Standard fleet. You can thank Prendergast for that.17 new M-9A loco hauled coaches in the capital plan only addresses part of it. |
